1.) RESERVATION & CANCELATION POLICY
Payment is made in full at the time of the reservation and will be deducted from the users credit card at the time of booking. No amendments can be made to the reservation post confirmation. The following is the cancellation policy related to your reservation.

This website is provided to you as a user by Net Affinity Ltd, trading as PriorGuest.com, with its registered office at Unit 1C, The Forum, Ballymoss Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18, Ireland with company number 323392 and its affiliates and /or their respective suppliers and providers ("PriorGuest.com"), and "you" refers to the individual person using the site. Using this website means you agree to and be bound by the terms and conditions herein. This website is offered to you and is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions herein you do not have authorisation to use the website. PriorGuest may revise the terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting and you are so advised that you should visit this page each time you use the site.
Regarding the service description PriorGuest.com act as an intermediate between hotels & hotel wholesale suppliers and users in order to provide the ability to search and book accommodation online. The service is based on information provided by suppliers and hotels, the accuracy of said information is the responsibility of said providers and any inaccuracy or error can not be used against PriorGuest nor can PriorGuest be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information. Further it is important to note that you are contracting with the accommodation provider in respect of your reservation, and not with Net Affinity Ltd (t/a PriorGuest.com). PriorGuest is facilitating your contract with the accommodation provider through the use of it reservation system. The hotels are committed to honouring all bookings made through this website.
3.) PERSONAL & NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
This website is for personal and non-commercial use. The content on and information contained herein upon this website which includes but without any limitation to availability and pricing of related travel services, copy, images, photos, logos, and code used to display such services is owned by PriorGuest.com or its suppliers and providers. As such as a user you agree not to use said content for any commercial purpose either direct or indirect. You agree to be bound by these terms that you must not under any circumstances browse for the purpose of commercial research, copy, crawl, create derivative works from, display, distribute, license, modify, publish, reproduce, re-sell, sell, transfer, transmit any information contained in the website or from its database, this includes the prohibited use of software or spiders to similar other than the natural indexing from search engines robots.
4.) PRIVACY REGULATION
PriorGuest.com regard the details users provide about themselves or fellow users as confidential and shall only pass this information to the relevant parties being that of relevant suppliers or vendors for the purpose of facilitating your travel arrangements or to the accommodation provider directly. PriorGuest will not distribute, publish or sell your personal details to any other third party. The privacy policy does not affect or bind PriorGuest.com from travel reviews submitted by the user and the user accepts that any such submission is submitted on a royalty free basis and give permission to PriorGuest to use the content at PriorGuest's sole discretion.

When using this information for any financial purpose it is advised the customer consult a qualified professional to verify the accuracy of the currency rates. PriorGuest do not authorise the use of this information for any purpose other than personal use and prohibit to the maximum extent allowable the resale, redistribution, and use of this information for commercial purposes.
12.) EMAIL DISCLAIMER
PriorGuest can not be held accountable for the user not receiving the email confirmation for any products or services purchased on the website, nor will failure to receive such email notifications be sufficient to constitute non-acceptance or notification of the reservation. The user accepts that the confirmation of the reservation displayed on the website at the time of booking constitutes confirmation of sale and they are responsible for documenting the confirmation by use of printing the confirmation or recording it in a suitable fashion for purpose of proof of reservation. If the customer fails to receive the reservation email confirmation they agree they are responsible for making contact with PriorGuest immediately. Claims of failure to receive email confirmation does not entitle the user to a refund or reimbursement of any kind and the customer agrees that they are bound by the terms and conditions of the reservation at the time of booking. The user agrees to make every effort to accept emails from PriorGuest, including placing of priorguest on white lists/ safe lists, checking anti-spam folders as well as ensuring that they have sufficient allocated mail space to accept the email. The user also will make every effort to provide PriorGuest with a valid email address at the time of reservation. PriorGuest will not be held accountable for invalid emails being provided at the time of reservation.
Email correspondence from PriorGuest including any attachments sent by employees and officers of Net Affinity Ltd are believed to be virus, worm, Trojan horse or malicious code free, however the user accepts full responsibility for taking protective action against such viruses and other defects and the sender is not liable for any loss or damage arising in any way from the message or it attachments. The user acknowledges that email claiming to be from PriorGuest may not have originated from PriorGuest servers and could in fact be fraudulent email by third parties and in such circumstances PriorGuest can not be held accountable. PriorGuest will never ask for your banking or credit cards details by email. The user agrees that any claim in email to do so should be brought to the attention of PriorGuest immediately.
13.) WARRANTY CONTENT DISCLAIMER
Third party content may be displayed on the site, in particular reviews by third parties and / or users, in such instances PriorGuest is not responsible for the content and reserves the right to use it at its sole discretion. The user agrees that they have no proprietary rights over the reviews and that PriorGuest is free to use the reviews and distribute or sell on to third parties.
PriorGuest will not edit the reviews posted but can refuse to use the reviews if it is in breach of acceptable usage policy or if the content is illegal, inciting racial hatred or criminal behaviour, is misleading to cause injury or loss of profits, is malicious, defamatory, abusive or obscene. PriorGuest does not verify, endorse or approve the views or comments expressed in any reviews. If you have a complaint regarding a user review on the website you should send an email to PriorGuest giving as much information as possible. PriorGuest, at their sole discretion will choose what action if any is to be taken without any reason been given and reserve this right at all time. Any complaint given may result in PriorGuest asking for proof of you identity before any action if any may or may not be taken.
14.) FORCE MAJEURE
PriorGuest shall not be liable to the user or be in breach of its obligations to the user if by reason of any cause beyond its reasonable control it is delayed in performing or fails to perform the services or any part of them. PriorGuest hereto shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations hereunder resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fires, strikes (of its own or other employees), electrical or communication outages; insurrection or riots, embargoes, container shortages, wrecks or delays in transportation, inability to obtain supplies and raw materials, requirements or regulations of any civil or military authority (an “Event of Force Majeure”).
15.) ENTIRE AGREEMENT & ACCEPTABLE LAW & LOCATION
Any disputes, claims or proceedings arising out of or in any way relating to the materials or the website shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the purpose of any proceedings arising out of or in any way relating to the materials or the website. Without prejudice to the foregoing, PriorGuest may seek provisional or protective relief in the courts of another state prior to, during or after any substantive proceedings have been instituted in Ireland and PriorGuest may bring enforcement proceedings in another state on foot of an Irish judgement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
